Joseph LaLeggia
President & CEO
Irwin Commercial Finance
Joseph became President of ICF in July of 2002 while in the position of President of Onset Capital, a subsidiary of ICF. Joseph was a founding member of Onset Capital Corporation in March of 1998.
Before joining Onset in 1998, Joseph was recruited by AT&T Capital Canada at the company's inception in 1992, when it purchased the infrastructure of First City Trust Equipment Financing Group, of which Joseph was Chief Financial Officer. Following a five-year period of steady advancement spanning all areas of the company, Joseph was appointed President & Chief Operating Officer of AT&T Capital Canada in January 1997.
A Chartered Accountant, Joseph holds a Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University and articled with Deloitte Haskins & Sells.
Joseph also serves as Chairman of the Canadian Financing and Leasing Association of which he has been a Director since 1997. |

Ana Andueza
Senior Vice President
Chief Financial Officer
Irwin Commercial Finance
Ana oversees and directs all aspects of ICF's financial management, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting; accounting operations, policy, and controls; treasury functions, and long range profitability planning and strategy.
Prior to joining the ICF team in September 2004, Ana served as Chief Financial Officer of US Bancorp Equipment Finance since 1997. She has also held Accounting management positions with US Bancorp and Deloitte & Touche.
A licensed CPA, Ana holds an MBA from Portland State University and a BA in Accounting from the University of Oregon. |

Mark Cannon
Senior Vice President, Canadian Small Ticket
Irwin Commercial Finance Canada Corporation
As Executive Vice President & General Manager for Irwin Commercial Finance Canada, Mark Cannon oversees the overall originations and operations for Irwin Commercial Finance Canada.
Before joining ICF, Mark was the Vice President of Sales for AT&T Capital Canada Inc. Prior to AT&T; Mark held several senior sales positions in Vancouver and England. |

Gina Dimanis
Vice President, Human Resources
Irwin Commercial Finance
Gina's focus is to align ICF's workforce with the company's business goals. She is responsible for planning, developing and implementing company-wide Human Resources policies and programs including employment, payroll, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training and development programs to attract and retain top-notch talent for ICF.
Before joining ICF in March 2005, Gina was the Manager, Human Resources at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada. Prior to 2000, she held various roles in a ten-year career with RBC Financial Group.
Gina is a Certified Human Resources Professional and a graduate of Human Resources Management (with Honors) from Ryerson University. She also holds a Fellowship of the Institute of Canadian Bankers and is a graduate of Industrial Relations from Queen's University.
Gina also serves as a member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association Human Capital Committee. |

Robert Murphy
Senior Vice President, Risk Management
Irwin Commercial Finance
Robert is tasked with maintaining the credit quality of the ICF portfolio, as well as overseeing all aspects of credit policy, risk management and compliance functions.
Before joining ICF in 1998, Robert was Chief Credit Officer of AT&T Capital Canada. During his 25 year career, he has been involved in most aspects of the financial service business including Marketing, Operations and Credit.
He holds an Honours Degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. He also holds a Fellowship of the Institute of Canadian Bankers. |

John Rinaldi
Senior Vice President, Franchise Finance
Irwin Franchise Capital Corporation
John oversees all aspects of Irwin Franchise Capital from originations to credit review to documentation and servicing.
With more than 30 years of commercial lending experience, John joined the company in 2002 as its President and Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to Irwin, John was the executive vice president of Franchise Capital Services. He has also held the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and President of Equipment Finance with FMAC as well as senior vice president of the franchise lending group at Bell Atlantic. |

Kobert Smith
Senior Vice President, Technology Finance Group
Irwin Commercial Finance
Kobert joined Irwin Commercial Finance in July 2006 and is responsible for the development of ICF's newly created Technology Finance Group.
Previously, Kobert had been President of U.S. Bancorp Oliver-Allen Technology Leasing and had held various leadership positions in finance, operations, asset management and sales at the predecessor company, Oliver-Allen Corporation.
Kobert, a graduate of Princeton University, has over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry in both sales and management including stops at Bank of America, Deutsche Credit and CIT. |
