Irwin Commercial Finance launches Technology Finance Group:
Appoints Kobert Smith
Vancouver, BC - October 13, 2006 - Irwin Commercial Finance (ICF) has launched a new division into the technology finance sector. To lead this initiative Kobert Smith has joined ICF as Senior Vice President of the Technology Finance Group and will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
A graduate of Princeton University, Kobert Smith has over 20 years' experience in the financial services industry. With stops at Bank of America, CIT, Deutsche Credit and the former Oliver-Allen Corporation, Mr. Smith most recently served as President of U.S. Bancorp Oliver-Allen Technology Leasing.
